"We showed up and no sheets were on our bed and we had no towels. They said that this isn't a hotel but it's a village! I guess that means you get nothing and pay extra for everything. They charge for linen, towels and even wifi. Plus a very high cleaning fee (even though we literally stayed there for less then 12 hours). I felt scammed staying here and will take this up with hotels.com to be more clear with places like this. For the price I ended up paying (an extra nearly 100 euros) I could've...

"The location was just wonderful. Right across from the lake; beautiful views! Short walk to the old town which had wonderful restaurants & shops. The staff was great & the rooms were very nice. Super comfortable mattress on the bed!! The breakfast was perfect & the hotel provided towels for the beach; which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel."

"Our stay at Homy living was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Lorenzo who made us feel very welcome. He left a beautiful message and bottle of Prosecco for us in the room as we were celebrating our engagement. The room itself. a studio, was very clean and spacious with views over the central location. Perfect location to explore Verona. The only slight negative was that we had to request for towels to be changed and also, hardly any TV channels were working in our room. However, I would still, highly recommend Homy Living Apartments and look forward to visiting again."
