Awesome house that’s super close to the beach. The house was super clean and just what we expected. This will be high on our list to stay at again when we return to OBX. Thanks for accommodating our dogs!

Perfect OBX vacation

The house was a short walk to the beach. Perfect for little kids and grandparents. 3 families stayed during our trip and the layout worked well for our own space and together time. The hot tub was hot, the pool was warm and perfect for young kids. The community pool was not crowded at all and a short walk from home. The community was quiet and private and stores were only about 5 minutes down the road.We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

We had an awesome time! 2 minute walk to the beach. We had beach all to ourselves. Grandkids had an amazing time finding seashells

Great summer vacation house

Sweet place- Very close to beach, tennis, community pool and lake with large turtles and herons. The property manager was very responsive and kind. The property pool is tiny but not really a problem. We would rent the place again.

Great Place To Stay!

Very nice property with all the amenities. Close walk to the beach (one block away without crossing any roads) and the community pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Plus you are a short driving distance from Harris Teeter and Food Lion and multiple other shops and ~5 miles from the beach access ramps (beach parking pass is provided). Pool is small but great for a quick refreshing dip after a hot day. Highly recommend.

Great location but needs some maintenance

The communication and check in/out were excellent. The pool area was perfect for our group and well maintained. It seemed that the cleaning company did a good job with cleaning but there were several sites of mold above a shower and around windows. It may be the fact that we rented in the fall after a busy summer rental season but the house seemed a bit worn. It was pet friendly and offers a community pool and racquetball courts.

Wonderful getaway!

Awesome location and beautifully decorated. Our family absolutely enjoyed our week! The weather was great! We would definitely recommend the Curious Traveler. Unfortunately, the hot tub was only luke warm. (however the hot water in the house was wonderful). Unsure what happened there but it was disappointing. The pool was perfect! Thanks for a wonderful week.
