Sanderling Sea Glass is a lovely cottage by the sea, offering custom style finishes in this timeless beach property. Amazing ocean views await you in this charming destination, just perfect for a smaller family or couples. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and the ocean views extend from the kitchen, dining and great room on the top level. The charm extends to the neighborhood of Sanderling which follows strict guidelines to protect the quality and integrity of this seaside development. The community amenities include a community pool with dressing rooms and tennis is available for a fee. Scrub oaks line the lanes and the sound front pool complex has a great walkway and dock over the sound. Nature trails and the inter-town multi-use path is available for biking, hiking or jogging. This is a great place for those that need to wind down, and recharge.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sanderling Sea Glass! The house and views are beautiful! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and walks on the beach! It was a wonderful time spent with family!
This property is wonderful in every way. My husband and I invited our son and daughter-in-love and 5 year old grandson to join us. My brother and sister-in-love also came. We all live in Ohio but some distance from each other so this was a super special vacation.
Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed good food every night. The weather did not cooperate so we only got to enjoy the beach one day. The covered porches were fabulous, games to play, great location to head out to explore. Thanks so much
We had an amazing stay with plenty of activities nearby. The duck boardwalk was just an 8-minute away, and the private beach in the back was perfect for the little ones. The property management team was incredibly responsive to our questions during check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation!
Our stay at Sanderling Sea Glass was wonderful. Although the weather was less than stellar, the house and the community more than made up for it. The house was well appointed, well organized, and in an excellent location. We will definitely be coming back!
Great location and layout for the three week vacation. As the property was recently sold the new owners have lots to do to bring it up to great from barely acceptable. The A/C was not working on the bedroom level. The management company was good about getting us window units but the A/C repair didn't hold and were told by a repair person that it needed to be replaced. The main level A/C was so hot at night. It turns out the owners were controlling it remotely and didn't allow us at first to regulate the temperature. Not good or nice at the price we were paying. The medicine cabinets had dead bugs inside of it when we arrived. The screen door to the porch wasn't properly installed/sanded so it made opening and closing it very difficult. The outdoor windows had not been power washed at all until we called the management company so we could at least see outside. The management company provided us with a new cookout grill as the one that was there was a fire hazard. A really good thorough professional cleaning and a new A/C would make this home a truly great rental as the location and flow is amazing. It gets an "A" for location and layout. A "D" for cleanliness and level of maintenance. Management company did the best they could. Now it is up to the new owners.
