"We were going out so we locked cash, credit card ,ld ,jewelry in the room safe on return the safe won't open. We were told that we must wait until morning so I made arrangements to meet the maintenance man at 900am. No show ar 9 waited 20 minutes and went to breakfast. On return found the door and safe open. Went to the manager who was dismissive, arrogant, saw no problem. Unbelievable. Breakfast is the usual hotel food but it is rationed out like a grade school cafeteria. No a good experience."

"The hotel prides itself on the wonderful breakfast it prepares and serves, it’s fit for a king. The hotels location is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unbeknownst to us our room was on the third floor accessible up a narrow staircase, a bit of a challenge for a 83 yr. old couple."
