Great pool, awesome lookout tower and nice outside setting areas w/market lights, extras for the beach like kids toys, surfboards, boogie boards, beach cart. Only about 10 minutes from downtown Duck, NC. Very nice neighborhood.Cons: Could use a new grill and dishwasher."
