Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space! Centrally located in the OBX at the line of Kitty Hawk- located on the skinniest section of Kill Devil Hills, 0.5 mile to beach & 0.3 mile to the sound for easy access to beach & multiuse path that runs along Bay Drive! Stay off the bypass & utilize the slower paced Bay Drive to get to many places you need to go, avoiding traffic!
At ground level is a separate 2 person studio available for rent separately - for a total accommodation of 6!
The space
This home adopted a Sumatran Rhino - Travel with Purpose when you stay with us and assist in global efforts to help save this beautiful species!
Very spacious home with lots of decking on both the front and back of house! Go up one flight of stairs and enter into the living room with very high vaulted ceilings! Open living concept with living room, dining room, and kitchen all on the same level. Also one queen bedroom and full bathroom with shower located on the same level. Go up stairs to top level to find the super spacious master bedroom with King bed, TV, and private deck! Full bathroom with tub/shower located on top level! Ceiling fans throughout! Screened in porch with mini fridge on back porch in addition to additional deck to retreat to! Take stairs down to fenced in backyard to pool, and outdoor shower under home!
Guest access
Guest has access to all areas of home with the exception of locked owners closets, garage, and the studio at the lower level unless the guest books this space as well. The additional space for rent can be found under the host profile by the name The Recovery Room.
Other things to note
Knot on Call is completely separate from The Recovery Room - the only shared space is the driveway!
Your floor is their ceiling in the living room/dining/kitchen - so please do be mindful of the noise you make !

There are external cameras at the property for security purposes and guest safety.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This place is so nice! Two big bedrooms and a bathroom for each. The big wraparound and screened in porch was great to have, and the layout of the house is spacious and inviting. The pool is also a nice touch. Location is great - you can walk to the beach, coffee, and mini golf/go karts. House was clean and host was responsive. Would recommend to stay!

Amazing location and house!

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we absolutely LOVED the accommodations. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook a few meals. We were 5 minutes from the beach and many delicious places to eat. Around the corner is a great mini-golf place my teenage boys enjoyed. Our host was very helpful and responsive to all my questions immediately. I highly recommend this house. It is beautiful, with plenty outdoor balcony space and deck. There is even a breakfast area on the deck. The pool was very clean as well. Over all my family really enjoyed this house and highly recommend it!!!
