COROLLA OCEANSIDE-3 BEDROOM/2 BATH, SHORT WALK TO BEACH

This adorable beach house is located in a cul de sac and is a 5 minute walk to the ocean. You will find a beautiful private path that begins on the left of the house and leads to the beach.

This well-maintained family home features a master bedroom and bath located on the top floor with a private deck. On the main level, there is a family room adjoining the dining room and a well stocked kitchen. The first bedroom has a bunk bed; it is a pyramid bunk bed- a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, as well as a pull out (trundle) bed. The second bedroom has a full bed and sleeps 2. There is a full bath located on the main floor. Flatscreen TV's, WIFI and Cable are included.

Relax on the spacious deck that surrounds the front of the house. Truly Charming!
