Welcome to Little Birdie Corolla

Bring the whole family to this great house with lots of room for fun! Located in a family and dog-friendly neighborhood. It's close to all that Corolla has to offer and about a mile from Groceries, restaurants, and other attractions.

Located in the Currituck Club, a family & dog-friendly neighborhood with TONS of amenities! It's known for its golf course, shuffleboard court, 3 community pools, tiki bar, Bocce ball, and more! Your family will have an unforgettable getaway! Also, the Currituck Club has a trolley service to shuttle you and your family to and from the beach (MDW-LDW)!

1st floor:

- Inground HEATED pool! (fee applies for heat) The pool is generally Open from Late March to November

**The pool heater is designed to raise the pool temperature by 10-15°F above ambient air temperature. In addition, the heater will automatically cut off when the temperature falls below 50°F**

So you know, there are trees near our backyard. They are amazing for privacy! However, there may still be a few leaves in the pool even with our 2x-per-week pool service.

Linens and Towels:

- Per advertised guest: 1 bath towel, beach towel, hand towel, face towel, and makeup towel.

- Beds will be made before arrival, except the top bunk bed (sheets folded on top)

- We provide starter paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and coffee/tea.

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, and a serviced Pool.

The Currituck Club staff plans a variety of free and low-cost activities throughout the year. Examples include outdoor yoga, corn hole tournaments, pool parties, crafts, 5Ks, and special events.

*$300 security deposit hold required.

The entire house and outdoors are available for your enjoyment! There are a couple of locked closets where we keep our belongings so please do not access those spaces :)

3-4 cars will fit in the driveway. RV's and trailers are not allowed in the Currituck club but standard golf carts are allowed!

The Currituck Club is a private, family-friendly community. You'll enjoy low street traffic and it's close to many attractions!

2-3 cars will fit in the driveway. Additional parking is available at the main pool/fitness center area.

There is no street parking and no RVs or trailers are allowed in the community.

Want to beat the traffic?! We offer free 2pm check-in to outdoor spaces! The cleaning crew will be on site until 3:45 pm. You can use the Pool, outdoor shower, and Currituck Club amenities (after checking in at the main office).
