Adults can grab a quiet couch to read, spread out in the open floor plan top floor and cook meals in the large, open kitchen. When the kids go to bed it's time for poker in the gaming loft. Outside is a heated private pool, hot tub and lots of deck space to catch the sunrise or watch for dolphins. With private access to the beach, you are moments away from experiencing the best of the Outer Banks. Pool can be heated for $750 (plus tax) per week 6/20/26-8/14/26 or $1000 (plus tax) any other week during pool season. Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
Beach Cabana Service 2025: 6 Chairs and 1 Umbrella will be set up for guest use at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10am-5pm Sunday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.
