All the comforts of home plus ocean and lake views. Six decks for sunning or star-gazing. Short walk to the beach. Community pool, tennis/pickle ball courts and the stocked lake are all just a block away.

Ground Level: Enclosed outdoor shower, parking for 5, fish cleaning table and an outdoor closet with beach toys, umbrella and chairs. Inside you'll find a game room with Futon, Roku TV, a game or laptop friendly table for remote work and an air hockey table. Tennis rackets are in the entrance closet.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Roku TV with DVD and deck access, Queen Bedroom with Roku TV, DVD and access to deck with hot tub, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, and a Bedroom with a DuoBunk (full bed with twin bunk), Roku TV with DVD and deck access. Hall bath with Jacuzzi bath tub, laundry closet and screened porch with picnic table.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom and Jacuzzi tub, Roku TV with DVD and access to deck with hot tub. Great room with HD cable TV, DVD and Roku, gas fireplace, blue tooth enabled stereo and access to deck with direct ocean view. Half bath, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4 and dining area seating 8 (additional folding chairs available). Deck with lake views and gas grill. Cozy tower lounge with direct ocean views, laptop-friendly table and love seat sleep sofa. Closet filled with puzzles and board games.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Great OBX

I thought the home was very clean. I loved the accessibility to the ocean. The community pool was great. The dryer struggled to work during our stay and the grill barely functioned which was a total bummer. Even though the home was very outdated it met all of our needs. Overall very pleased.
