"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. "We visited during the low season, so the resort was quiet and it often felt like we had the island to ourselves. We had a private pool with our room, although we did not use it much as the resort was quiet and the main pool was enjoyable. The private pool itself was nice, although there were some areas that could benefit from maintenance. For example, the handrail showed some rust, and some of the nails on the outdoor floorboards appeared to need securing and were also slightly rusty. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. However, there are other resorts of a similar standard that offer a more affordable option."
