"Loved the view of the harbor from bayfront balcony Our room was close to a very noisy elevator, other than that it was a great place to stay. Ryan at the front desk is a wonderful asset to your company. We will definitely return to this property"

"Air conditioner was not working properly. Got into the room and it was stuffy. The staff didn’t direct us to the rooms, so we were walking around until we asked. Staff wasn’t very helpful. The only staff that said a word was the parking attendants. "

"This doesn’t deserve the one star I gave it. This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The window was broken and fell out the FRONT door wouldn’t lock and we were told sorry maintenance left. The lights were out so the stairs were quite literally pitch black. The shower filled to your calves with water…it was almost funny. They don’t return emails or calls. Horrible negative a million stars."
