The property consists of;
Open plan living, dining, and full kitchen with dishwasher.
French doors that open onto the huge deck, equipped with table and chairs, sun lounges, egg chair, fan, TV and BBQ all overlooking the Murray River.
The main bedroom consists of a queen bed, with TV, and French doors that also open onto the deck overlooking the river.
Instantaneous hot water, washing machine, bathroom, ducted gas heating, ducted air conditioning, Foxtel, Wifi, PS3, 2 door fridge with ice maker & mains chilled water, coffee pod machine.

This very unique studio is situated separate to the house, with spectacular views of the river from your room.
The Studio sleeps 2.
Consisting of a queen bed with ensuite, reverse cycle heat/cool and a TV.

Launch your boat from the private boat ramp (weather & river levels permitting) or from the public ramp situated only 5 houses away, fish from your jetty, sit back & relax under the gazebo by the bank, canoe, swim & enjoy the river & all it has to offer.
During the cooler months enjoy a cosy night under the stars, by the river with our fire pit.
Cycle on the rail trail located at your front door, Visit the world famous Rutherglen Wineries, play a game at the 27 hole championship golf course, visit the chocolate factory the list goes on....
