"The people were the best part of this stay. They deserve so much credit. They need to spend some money and update this hotel. The outside door to our balcony would not lock. The place looks dated and parking situation is less to be desired. But there were good people who made the stay more palatable. The staff gets the 4 stars. Double Tree needs to do better for the staff and the guest."

"Got double charged. I’ve called and left multiple messages. Management doesn’t not give me a call back. They need better customer service."

We got in about 12 PM. We ended up walking into our room at 1 AM because the front counter person did not know what she was doing. It was extremely agitating. I kept trying to explain to her to try to help. She was on the phone with somebody that walked her through it for about 30 minutes I even offered just to...
