The downstairs area offers an open floorplan including the kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to enjoy home-cooked meals with full-sized appliances and enough seating for all with an 6-person table and 3 more spots at the bar area. There is a BBQ pit on the spacious downstairs patio with plenty of seating and games for the family.

Upstairs, you'll find 7 beds, rooms will have walk-in closets. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The guest master bedroom has a queen bed. The 'kids' room,' has four bunk beds and a smart TV. There is also a loft area with a queen bed.

Relaxing Back Patio: Unwind on the charming back patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. With comfortable seating, it's an ideal spot to relax or walk over to the Tiki bar if that is what you are into.

We had a great stay, the location was perfect right next to a small private pool and a 5 minute walk to get to the beach! Tons of fun pool and beach toys and everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and grill. We will definitely stay again!

Condo with pool close to the beach

We had an amazing time at this condo. Plenty of room for seven adults. We enjoyed utilizing the grill, boogie boards, beach chairs. Lots to do in the area, including fishing, horseback, riding, aquarium, USS Lexington. We recommended it to friends of ours and they are booking to stay at the same place.

Very nice place and really easy access to beach and town. The listing is as advertised. One exceptional standout was the Manger. Tim was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. Always quick to respond to questions.

End of summer stay

We had a group of 5 take a trip as the last vacation before school starts. 3 adults and 2 teens. Overall, it was a great stay and served the purpose. As we stayed at the end of the season, you could tell there was some wear and tear. However, overall was good. Side note, the listing states 4 bedrooms, it really is 3 bedrooms with a bed in an open loft area at the top of the stairs.

Amazing birthday getaway!

All my son wanted was to go to the beach for his birthday and he couldnt have been halpier! Other than some noisy neighbprs ot was amazing!!! We loved ot amd have decoded to try and make this an annual family trip!! The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. And the owner checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed and things were going well. The only reason we didnt do 5 stars all across is because the fridge dis have a very very strong not so fresh seafood smell. But we did some googling and discovered vinegar would help that and there was actually vinegar in the house so we were eventually able to get rid of the smell but it was pretty strong the first night and morning. And we did have to wash the pots and pans before we used them, even though they came straight out of the dishwasher... Overall for our first ever air B & B experience this was great though and like i said this will be a new annual thing for us.

Great Beach Rental

This is a great vacation rental. We rented it for most of January and February of 2020. It has a spacious lower level floor plan with a sizeable TV sitting area and a dining room table large enough to seat 6-8 very comfortably. There is also a pantry in the kitchen so you can keep your countertop uncluttered, and a half-bath for convenience. A well-equipped laundry room lies between the kitchen and garage. There is also a fenced-in patio out back with plenty of seating and a shower for removing beach sand and saltwater. The three bedrooms are located upstairs along with two full baths and a balcony. The unit is located just a few minutes walk to the beach, a few steps to the community pool, and a short drive to dozens of good restaurants (a tasty German bakery too). Parking is either in the attached garage or an assigned outdoor space. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the streaming TV programming. There’s plenty of channels to choose from, it just takes a little practice finding them. We’ll definitely consider this rental unit in our future plans.

Great get away

I was very impressed with the condo. The pictures are spot on. It was very clean. It really is not that far from the beach. The landlords answered all questions I had. I would recommend this place to all my friends

Annual Family trip

The house was decent. Up stairs bed rooms are nice. Bath rooms are dated. Parking was an issues especially with a large truck. A small vehicle would have no problem. The only parking is in a tiny garage or on the street. Patio and balcony doors need help. Very difficult to open and close. I dont think the cleaning staff cleans very well. But thats probably anywhere you go. Patio was a little dirty. Other than that it was just a place to sleep.

2025 Beach trip

Honestly, when we arrived, we were disappointed to find several issues upon entering the house, to the point that we considered finding alternative accommodations. Tim, however, was very good with communication and promptly addressed a couple of the issues that day, being mindful not to disturb us excessively during our stay. After reflection and prayer, we chose to make the most of our situation.

GREAT PLACE QUIET AND CLEAN!

Not the vacation I was intending on having as the day we were leaving my 13 year old best friend passed. This was supposed to be our time together very bad day but decided to go anyway. This place was supper quiet which I didnt expect and super clean. Got away from the house and was very pleased with surroundings. Will return and try this again looks like a great city to check out. Could not have had better communication and was even allowed an extra night and really needed it.Thanks , Jerry

Weekend getaway

We came for the weekend for a graduation. It was easy to find. We got in early and were able to check in early which was great as we had two little ones with us. Lots of beach toys available in the garage to use and had a wagon we used to walk to the beach both days. The place really had everything we needed for 10 people. I was afraid it was going to feel cramped, but it did not at all! The kids loved the bunk beds! Great vacay spot!

Spring break

We initially planned on staying for 4 nights but due to the weather we wanted to extend our stay. I reached out to the property manager and he made the process so easy. We enjoyed the townhouse and the pool. We would definitely rent again.

Exactly as expected
