"The rooms are nice clean and spacious. The breakfast was not good. Bagels were still frozen bread was hard. But overall it was a great stay. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely be back."

"Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. There was music played by the property that was suitable for everyone but overshadowed by the other music."

"The concept of Seaside Hotel seems like it had a lot of potential, but unfortunately the property feels poorly maintained and in need of significant updates. Our stay started with a self-check-in because no staff were available when we arrived. The first room was acceptable, but there was visible rust in several areas and the room felt damp. After showering, we discovered there was no shampoo or body wash provided, and shortly afterward the bathroom lights stopped working. Thankfully, the property manager was very responsive and offered immediate assistance as well as an upgraded room. Her willingness to help is the main reason I am giving the staff a higher rating. The upgraded room was larger but lacked basic conveniences, such as console tables in the master bedroom and additional mirrors for guests getting ready. Housekeeping was also disappointing. Rather than cleaning the room, staff only removed trash and replaced towels. During our stay, we also encountered roaches, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness. The biggest disappointment was the third-floor balcony. While we were excited about the ocean view, the area contained broken seating, boarded-up sections, and no comfortable place to sit and enjoy the scenery. The surrounding view also showed visible trash and neglect. Overall, the staff tried their best and were courteous and accommodating, but the property itself needs substantial maintenance, better housekeeping, and more attention to guest comfort."

"When you turned on the shower the water some how still went on the floor. No matter how we moved the curtain. The room was very hot when we first got in. It felt like we had to automatically pay for parking. Didn’t feel like there was a choice to park outside which was a bit annoying."
