The place was very clean. Perfect location to restaurants, stores & the beach! Quiet neighborhood. There are stairs to get to the apartment. Nice lil balcony porch. It is small but perfect for 1-2 people. Would rent again :)

This was a nice place to stay for 2 people. It is located upstairs so if you have any issues with stairs you may reconsider, we managed. Small space but works for 2 people. The host provided snacks/chips in a bucket and a bottle of water for each of us along with coffee that is located under the sink. There is a refrigerator & microwave that came in handy during our stay. The bed was very comfortable, it felt like a Full not a Queen, the sheets were clean but had some stains, same with the towels, they should be updated. Once our day ended & we wanted to watch a movie before bed, we sat on the loveseat, it sits low while sitting on it, we had a hard time getting up one at a time, it should be replaced with a firmer one. The neighbor below is there for you when needed & very helpful. We enjoyed our time here and you can’t beat the price. It was clean.

Hi Travelers, First you need to know that the full size bed will comfortably accommodate one guest. Bed is too small for 2 big people. You will be miserable as we were. The kid sized flimsy couch won't hold a dog comfortably. Secondly, the shower door is not screwed into the wall. My husband had to hold the door while I showered. Thirdly, it needed a good clean. Bed sheets did not feel clean. In conclusion, price needs to drop to 70/night for what you get here.

Awesome spot location was great so close to the beach and all the stuff to do on the main strip. Room is tight but perfect for a fun beach trip for a small family!

The place was okay overall. I wouldn’t say it was clean especially for having two small kids. The floors were dirty and the vents and fans were all covered in dust. It could all use a really good cleaning. The bed was listed as a queen size but was a full size which was definitely a disappointment. There is no a/c thermostat to change the temperature. It is an upstairs unit which is not mentioned in the listing. The water pressure in the shower is non existent unfortunately and the hot water was very fickle. Overall not bad but not exactly what was promised in the listing.

This space is TINY. The bedroom is about 7.5' x 9' (or so). It's even hard to walk to the closet because there is so little room between the foot of the bed and the wall.The listing says this is a queen bed - it's definitely not, it's a full bed.The thermostat is not in this space, it's in the space next door, so the only way to change the temperature is to ask the gentleman downstairs to make it cooler or warmer.The futon in the kitchen area is very small. Don't expect to sleep an adult and even a child on it would probably be uncomfortable (the cushion is missing a bunch of padding in one spot).

Disappointing. "Cozy" is code word for tiny and cramped. There was no place to store our suitcases. We had to leave them on the floor which made it even harder to maneuver. There were 3 places to sit---on 2 hard bar stools and a small futon. The small bed room left barely a foot between the bathroom door and the closet. Tiny bed.The bedroom walls, ceiling fan, blinds and smoke detector were covered with dust. What was frustrating is there was apparently another adjoining room that was locked. We would have appreciated the extra space. The water pressure was poor. The other amenities were all fine. The bottom line: would we stay here again? No. Sorry to leave this review but I want to be honest.

I highly recommend staying here! A lot of bang for your buck! We rented the house for a weekend fishing getaway! And it was so worth the stay. Very clean and the property manager was so efficient! We will definitely be staying here again!

Ideal location. Grocery store, restaurants, and beaches are minutes away. This was our second stay at this property. Check in and out was easy. Hosts are easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Property may be a bit too cozy for some but a great value for the area. Looking forward to visiting again.
