"This place is great! They think of everything which was really nice. There is some coffee, water, combs, toothpaste, etc. in case your forgot something just to give you time to go get some. Wonderful view of the ocean and very clean. Only thing is front desk one lady was so rude, just fyi you need a key not a card. Which is totally not the owners fault, when I did call the lady about this place she always answered and always helped as much as she could. Overall building does need some...

"Overall the stay and was nice the room was average, the entire property was way more run down than in the pictures, half the building was missing, the elevators did not work and we were on the 3rd floor, there were holes in the floor with a plank of wood covering them. The room we enjoyed cause it was big enough for our family, we could cook meals and all dishes were available. It had not been restocked in some time. "

"The house was nice and the stay was comfortable considering this was one of the more affordable places to stay in Corpus. The area was not the nicest (this is no ding on the facility/management) and there was a lot of foot traffic so be sure to keep things locked up. The home was comfortable and served our needs adequately. The only improvement I would recommend is adding a washer and dryer, but the house had everything we needed for our few days visit. "Enjoyed our stay. It's a cozy studio, close to where we needed to be. Everything worked, which is exactly what you want, no surprises. Didn't have any issues with neighbors or others. A/C is a window unit so it can get a little humid, but it's the beach in April so humidity is normal. We would stay again."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches...
