Nice play to stay, right on the water and great location. We were minutes from the beach. The condo is perfect for what I needed, Robert checked in on us and we felt very safe and secure.

The home was exactly what 3 men needed who were in town to fish all weekend. Quick and easy access to tie up the boat and walk 18 steps and inside to take a nap. We have already booked this place for next month. Robert, is a very good host.

Great location. Loved the water just out the back door. Owner is very attentive to any needs that may arise. If you are looking for an affordable great place to fish while at home and a golf cart ride to the beach, this is the place! We caught trout, mangrove snapper, sting ray, lady fish, and perch off the dock. It is no frills but a great time for the price.

This was the perfect property for our family of 6. Plenty of space, clean property and only a 3 minute drive to whitecap beach. The the dock at the property was perfect for fishing to keep the kids busy in between activities. The owner was very communicative and while we did not run into any issues, we were comfortable knowing that the owner was very responsive and ready to help if the need arose. We looking forward to booking again in the future.

Can't express how perfect the location is, 4 mins from the beach entrances, 4 mins from restaurants, shopping, not far pass the bridge. Beautiful spot, peaceful and quiet at night. The family really enjoyed the quick getaway. Communication was fast and reliable.

The Property was in a great location for quick beach access, shopping and fishing, close to Port A it was maybe 15/20 minute drive the unit in my opinion needed a little updating nothing major the vertical blinds over the patio door and the gas grill needed a little attention but overall I would recommend this unit and would stay again! We enjoyed our stay.

The condo is right on the water, in a quiet neighborhood, it was clean and comfortable, we had good communication with the owner, and are looking forward to going back for a return visit. This was a nice, pet friendly , 2bedroom /2bath, lower level rental on the waterfront, in a quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay for a month here and had good communications with Robert the owner. We will book this rental again ! Joan

Highly recommend. Robert makes sure you have what you need and throws some extras too. Loved the location, the view, and the fact that you fan use the kayak to have fun at the canal. Definitely recommend.

Where we stayed was the perfect location to north Padre fishing spots. The apartment was clean, quiet and just everything that we needed to escape a busy work week. We brought our boat which we were able to launch close by and park our trailer next door in the lot next to us. We had the boat docked right outside the back door which was nice and convenient. I’m so happy we found this property because we will be back again!

Our choice of this location was heavily influenced by access to the water. Everything was as advertised. We launched our boat at a private ramp 10 houses down from the property and parked the trailer in the empty lot next door. This was a huge advantage to us, allowing my wife to take the truck without worry of hauling a trailer. There was a nice grocery store, hardware/ everything store, convenient stores and beach access all within a 5 or so minute drive. There was deep water from just off the pier all the way to the intercoastal and easy bay access, bait shops accessible by boat within a short distance. I can't speak about the fishing quality as it rained the entire time we were there but we still had a great time. Like anywhere you stay there are things that could be better but we have zero complaints, if/when we return to the area I would stay here again.
