Perfect family vacation!

This was our first family vacation after adopting our grandchildren. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Very clean and family friendly. Easy walk to the beach even with twin 4 year olds! They loved the bunk beds too. We will be making this an annual trip for sure!!

It was perfect for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool right outside the door and we relaxed on the small patio. The beach is very close and everyone enjoyed the expansive sand and moderate waves ! The bbq areas are nice and we enjoyed grilling in the evening.

North Padre Vacation

Condo was clean for the most part, however the sheets and towels were NOT washed, we had to rewash them, very disgusting.

Excellent location, very clean

Overall a great stay, clean, well kept and well stocked. Conveniently located close to the beach with a very large community pool. My only complaint is that the master bedroom is at least 2-3 degrees hotter than the rest of the townhome all the time and makes sleeping quite difficult for anyone who wants to be somewhat cooler while sleeping. This continued throughout our stay even when the door was open all day/night. Should be looked investigated and is the first time I've had this issue in this complex (stayed a few other units prior visits). Thus the downgrade to 4 stars. Everything else was fine.

I travel extensively and am quite particular about where I stay. I looked for hours for a place that was close to the beach with a nice pool and classy decor. What a beautiful property and place. The condo had everything stocked and was immaculate. Furnishings and decor were beautiful with a beach theme. Easy check in and check out process. We will be back this year hopefully for another long weekend. Loved the video games in the kids room, such great memories of playing them when I was a kid.

Also we showed up to having around 50 gnats in the rental, mainly in the kitchen. They were more of an annoyance than anything. Management had someone come by, but they told us they couldn't spray anything to get rid of them, and there were plenty of gnats left after.

The pool was fed cool water, clean, safe and conveniently right in front of our rental.The rental was perfect for our family of 6. We had everything we needed for the kitchen (I knew to bring my own seasonings). All the beds were comfy, A/C stayed cool and we had plenty of towels and extra linens. I had few questions and the office answered me promptly and took care of me. The wifi was the only hiccup, but that’s Soectrum and an island full of vacitoners. We would just go in to town in Corpus and get wifi or better service; it was kind of nice not having to be on devices or answer emails so it all worked out ;) We will def rent again. Thank you!
