Located on a corner lot in the exclusive Palmilla Resort & Golf Community, the property features direct beach access, a private heated pool, and all the comforts of a luxury resort.

Spread across four stylish floors and 6,000 square feet, the home boasts a gourmet chef’s kitchen, dining for 20, and a two-story tower with panoramic views of the ocean, golf course, dunes, and pond. A private detached king master casita includes a spa tub and double shower, offering a perfect retreat within the retreat. Every room is equipped with smart technology, luxury linens, Alexa, and upscale toiletries to enhance your stay.

Celebrated sisters 50th w family

We enjoyed everything about this property and our time here! The spacious family room and kitchen was our primary hangout with more than enough space for our group of 20! Plenty of space in the bedrooms, comfy beds and decor and individual bathrooms for each. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed - the industrial style coffee maker was awesome - now I need one for my home - we definitely will return and stay again.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Lucy was a fantastic host—she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were not only beautifully kept but incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax. There was so much to do in the area, from local attractions to just enjoying the stunning beach, which was only a short walk away. Every part of the stay was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Birthday celebration

This house is amazing ! The location allows easy access to the beach, guest services and dining. The house is equipped with everything you need for entertaining and the host was happy to answer any questions . All bedrooms were very comfortable. Our favorite room was the wine room which had gorgeous views. Without a doubt we will return to this property.

The house was as advertised. We had 14 family members from 75 to 5 years old and still had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything in the house worked. Would definitely rent again.

Great beach house

This is a beautiful house with so much room and every amenity you could possibly want or need! The property manager was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a great time! Highly recommend this property! We’re hoping to be back one day!

Perfect house for a large group

This house was perfect for our large group of friends and had plenty of space for both sleeping and hanging out during the day. Lisa was an incredibly helpful and responsive host. Being close to the many amenities offered by Palmilla was really great and helpful as well. We would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to Port Aransas!

Most Amazing House in Port Aransas

We stayed here for my son’s 12th birthday and end of summer family vacation. We had 6 families and felt like we were on our own private resort. The view is priceless! We will be staying here again next year for sure.

Perfect for families.

This is our second stay here and are planning to return next year. Plenty of room for each member of the family to get away for quiet time. The pool is perfect to wind down after beach time. Kitchen well equipped!
