It is in an ideal location, in close proximity to the best that Corpus Christi has to offer: 10 minutes to Padre Island beach, 2.2 miles to Texas A&M CC University, Bay Area Hospital, 15 min. to Downtown, and more! Kick back and relax in over 2400 sq. ft. of living or spend time BBQing outside overlooking our former golf course. Great home for large groups, entertaining, and relaxing!

Amazing stay!

I can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Super clean, deceptively large, pool table. This was our 5th stay here, and are planning on next year already!

Beautiful

Karen our host was absolutely great. The house is beautiful, very clean and spacious. Will most definitely will save as one of my favorite places to stay while in Corpus. Highly recommend staying at this location.

Family Memorial Clean Up

If you are looking for a home away from home place to stay in Corpus Christi this is the place to stay. We've stayed at lots of rental and this by far is the best property we've stayed at. The house is fully stocked from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom. Our host Karen was great and answered all our questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

This is the second time we book this home and will continue to book in the future! Home is spacious, well stocked and very clean. Our Hostess is flexible with check in and check out times when possible which is great when traveling from out of town. You will not be disappointed!

great place for larger group

This is a great place to stay with a larger group. Lots of space to spread out. Location is good (easy access to highway going down to Padre Island). I wasn't quite sure what to make of the neighborhood as a whole (several houses had bars on windows, including this house - however, maybe that is more common in Corpus Christi). Having said that, we had no issues at all, and would not hesitate to return and stay here again.

Beautiful home

This was a very beautiful home in a good location as well there was a small incident when we first got there but contact with the property manager was very easy and she replied in a timely manner check out was smooth and easy and again she was very sweet we forgot some electronics and she was kind enough to let us know and let us pick up we would definitely book this home again if we decide to have another vacation in corpus !!

Fabulous house!!!

We could not have been more pleased with this house! It’s bigger than it looks in photos and is beautifully renovated! Everything you could possibly need was available including all beach needs! Karen (host) was extremely responsive and helpful with some last minute changes. We give this house an A+ rating and hope for a chance to be back soon!!

VRBO 1st timer

This was my first experience with a non-hotel stay, all I can say is I hope they are all like this. The house was great the Property contact was great, I loved the experience and so did the family. Everything listed was accurate and it was a magnificent pleasure to stay at. I'm already making plans for additional stays including the same location again. The location was also great for the surrounding area, with easy access to several great things to do, beach-related and not.

Wonderful!

This house was wonderful. The photos don’t do it justice. All beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked nicely, the back patio was private with nice patio furniture. Lots of room to accommodate four adults. Very clean. Safe area. Check in was a breeze. Lots of parking in the back. We would definitely stay there again.

Family fishing trip

We stayed Thursday night through Monday morning. We selected this property as my father had booked a guided fishing trip out of marker 37 over the weekend. This location was six minutes from H-E-B, and it only took 13 to 14 minutes to get out to the marker. The beds were very comfortable, and there was tons of space! The pool table was a fun addition!! I would definitely recommend us to families or anyone was more than four people doing a trip to corpus!! I was able to check out the Texas State aquarium and see the USS Lexington in the bay! It was a fun trip!.

We enjoyed the house,the neighborhood,the city and the beach. Being a rental the home wasn't as clean as we are used to, but the 4 of us pitched in and had it cleaned up in 3 or 4 hours.

Nicely updated property with an attentive hostess, nice neighborhood, and quality linens. Good assortment of kitchen items, and convenient small details such as a reminder of which switch controls the disposal. The pool table was a popular attraction, and beach towels were very useful. Recommended!

Perfect Place For An Amazing Trip.

This was a perfect Home Away From Home for us as we spent time there over the weekend of my son's winging ceremony at NAS. The location was close to all our destinations. It is a beautiful and clean home with all of the necessary amenities. The pool table was a huge hit for everyone. The beds were so comfortable and the bedrooms had plenty of room with nice closet space. The owners were very accommodating, helpful and prompt with answering any of our questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely book this place again when in Corpus Christi.

Beautiful and Spacious Home

Beautiful and spacious home! Great parking area. Well stocked with linens. Beds are very comfortable. The only suggestion is to get a step for the bed in the first bedroom. The bed is quite high a difficult to get on. 😉 We will definitely book in the future! 🤗
