Additionally, there are built-in twin bunks located just off the living room, complemented by a sofa sleeper to accommodate extra guests.

• Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at the property throughout the stay.



• Maximum Guests: The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large gatherings.



• Pet Policy: Please note that Sky Surfer is not pet-friendly, ensuring a clean and allergy-free space for everyone.



• Parking: There is ample parking available for 6-7 standard vehicles or 4 vehicles along with a small boat. For added convenience, guests have access to the garage.



• Roof top deck is NOT available for guest use.
