The backyard is an outdoor oasis, featuring a covered veranda with a bar and sink, comfortable seating, a large TV, a BBQ grill, and ambient lighting, ideal for enjoying the coastal weather. A separate game room provides entertainment for all ages. Inside, the house exudes beach cottage charm. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, nightstands with USB charging ports, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bed, both with bedside tables. The third bedroom, also serving as a secondary living room, includes a sleeper sofa that converts into a full-size bed, a game table, and a private entrance to the patio and backyard. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking and dining, with ample supplies for enjoying meals on the veranda. From the airport, you can easily reach us via car rental, taxi, or ride-sharing services. Once you're here, consider using ride-sharing services for trips within Rockport or to nearby attractions. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the house for the next guests. The property is a non-smoking house, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean environment. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Parking is available on the property. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed when you leave the house and upon check-out.
