The entire horizon overlooks Charlies Pasture and the Port Aransas Nature Preserve. You can spend each glowing evening on the deck or the pool patio enjoying the sounds of birds and wildlife. This brand new home was just finished in 2021. The family built it and you feel the love of each room as you come inside and head upstairs to the coastal oasis open concept main floor. You can see the nature preserve out any of the windows you look through! Head on down the hallway to the main floor laundry room, the bunk room and one other bedroom. If that isn`t enough space, cruise upstairs to the game room with wet bar area another 1/2 bath and the master suite with deck that extends the entire length of the house.
