We are about 748 sq ft offering an Upstairs Bedroom with Queen size bed, tub/shower, patio and washer/dryer. Downstairs boasts a full kitchen with everything you need to make your stay as much like home as possible, Our Living Room is furnished with a full size Sleeper Loveseat, bath with shower is off the entrance and patio at the rear. The unit has a small Coastal style spiral stairway, duffle bags may be more friendly to climb than suit cases. We are Perfect for 1 Couple or a Small Family to enjoy some quiet time in a relaxed atmosphere. 1 DOG Under 20 lbs (pic required) May Be PRE Approved By Owner with $45 Non refundable Fee & other restrictions. I DO NOT PROVIDE A BOAT SLIP, you MUST contact me before bringing a boat, kayak, jet ski or paddleboard. Security Cameras On Property To Monitor The Front And Rear Of The Building for the protection of owners and guests. PLEASE REVIEW All Rules Before Booking, You Will Be Required To AGREE to H.O.A. Loved all the comforts of home with access to a great fishing spot. The location was close to many stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and clean. Richard was very helpful and kept in contact during our stay. We hope to stay again when we're ready to catch tons of fish!

Stayed here over the 4th of July week and couldn't be more pleased about the location and amenities. Right on the canal with great fishing and easy access to the Laguna Madre. Will bring my boat next time.

Richard was great to communicate with and very helpful, best owner we have come across, A+++. Property is perfect and back terraces have amazing views of the water, if you get up early you can see dolphins and a beautiful sunrise. Location is peaceful and quiet. We liked it so much that booked our summer trip before we even left.

Second time staying and will not be the last. Communication with owners, specifically Richard, is always timely, and he will keep you informed of the things going around. Love the place! It was quite during the winter and can tell you that during summer with neighbors around, you will not even notice them. Book stay your stay, you will not reject it.

What a beautiful property and wonderful amenities. We came for our 15 anniversary and had an amazing time soaking in the pool and watching all the boats and wildlife go by. From check-in to check-out it was such a great experience. Everything you need is provided, the view from the bottom and upper patios were great, swimming pool was refreshing, fishing with the green light was fun, and the dolphins jumping provided great memories for the family. My son loved climbing up and down the spiral staircase! Can’t wait to go back again.

Our family of 3 had an awesome time at this property. Super clean, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood, close to the shared pool, and much more. We love to fish and caught a few trout right off the deck that is literally out the back door. Beautiful scenery as well. The only tiny complaint was the narrow spiral stair case to the upstairs bedroom, hard to get your suitcases up and down. We will definitely be back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Communication was phenomenal, location was perfect, views were stunning, beach was close, restaurants were delicious. It is a perfect size for two people. My only word of caution is the only way to get upstairs to the bedroom is by climbing a narrow spiral staircase with very tall steps! I'm a shorty, so it was work for me. I just kept repeating, "High knees. High knees!" Even so, I'd happily stay here again!

I’ve been to these properties several times. Well kept and clean. Being on the water and having a dock to tie up my kayak is so convenient. The only slot trout I caught was off the dock under the green lights. Great canal and sunset views. Ate most meals outside on the patio.

This property is the perfect spot for your fishing or beach getaway! We enjoyed the short drive to Whitecap Beach, as well as fishing at the jetties, or just walking out the back door where we caught speckled trout and mangrove snapper for a couple of our dinners. We have stayed in other condos in the past, and I have to say, this condo was stocked very nicely with everything we needed in the kitchen. The communications with Richard were just as other reviews had mentioned. Not only was he very quick to reply, he also was very helpful with any questions I had about the area. My wife and I cannot say enough nice things about this property, it very much felt like home for four nights. We will without a doubt book another trip.

First off, the communication from the host ( Richard) was perfect! Response to queries were fast, factual, informative and helpful! The accommodation was just perfect for our family of four (with teenagers) and was very accurately described in the ad. The lab scientist in me loves that things are labeled. I especially loved the views, they were spectacular at night and early mornings! Thank you so much, we have enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it to our friends!

Highly recommend! Absolutely amazing! The condo is warm and Charming with a fabulous beachy Vibe. The view is breathtaking from both the upper and lower level. Linda and Richard are the ultimate hosts. Our every need was anticipated. Truly, all you need is a toothbrush and a few pieces of clothing (washer and dryer in unit). A huge thank you to Richard and Linda for sharing their beautiful home with us! Hope to return!

What a great place! The cheerful beach decor brightens your mood the moment you walk in! The pool is just steps from the back porch and literally 3 feet from the bay! We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim while grilling on the back porch and cooling off in the pool. The kitchen is stocked with matching modern appliances including a crock pot and toaster. We felt like we were in a tree house in the upstairs bedroom with a private large balcony where our only worry was whether we should count the stars or watch the water! Thank you Rick and Linda for providing such a wonderful get away!
