Rockport's BEST location and BEST view (ALL of the pictures you see were taken from this property!). This property is the absolute BEST spot to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things Rockport is famous for. Enjoy afternoon shade, gentle sea breezes and the world's BEST margarita (-the Yarbarita!), delivered right to your front porch chair. From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing...

EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 1200sf unit with all the bells and whistles. (This unit even has it's own private sun deck!) Very fast internet, so there is no problem working from your "home"! ;)

You will have your own personal "smart code" for top notch security and convenience and there is plenty of parking beside the building.

My wife and I live in Rockport, so we will be glad to help with anything that may arise.

In beautiful Rockport, Texas. You will be waterfront on Little Bay, overlooking the Beach, the ski basin, the festival grounds, Blue Herons and Porpoises!

Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts (you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us - you only need a valid drivers license and current auto insurance).

SPECIAL PERKS: You and your guests will receive 25% off all (non-discounted) food and drinks at Yarbarita's Sip and Swing restaurant and you will receive FREE delivery (tipping appreciated).
