  • Rockport's BEST location and BEST view (ALL of the pictures you see were taken from this property!). This property is the absolute BEST spot to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things Rockport is famous for. Enjoy afternoon shade, gentle sea breezes and the world's BEST margarita (-the Yarbarita!), delivered right to your front porch chair. From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing...

    EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 1200sf unit with all the bells and whistles. Very fast internet, so there is no problem working from your new "home"! ;)

    You will have your own personal "smart code" for top notch security and convenience and there is plenty of parking beside the building.

    My wife and I live in Rockport, so we will be glad to help with anything that may arise.

    In beautiful Rockport, Texas. You will be waterfront on Little Bay, overlooking the Beach, the ski basin, the festival grounds, the Blue Herons and Porpoises!

    Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts (you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us - you only need a valid drivers license and current auto insurance).

    SPECIAL PERKS: You and your guests will receive 25% off all (non-discounted) food and drinks at Yarbarita's Sip and Swing restaurant and you will receive FREE delivery (tipping appreciated). --You will also receive 25% off any GOLF CART and/or kayak rental at Yarbarita's (subject to availability).

The Pigeon House was a wonderful place to stay for our weekend trip. It has a great, large dining and living room area. The whole property feels like a treasure hunt because of all the unique signs to look at. We really loved the use of Scripture, as that is always uplifting. Plus, the drinks next door were excellent!

We arrived at Pigeon House on a Thursday night, and at first I really wasn’t sure what to expect with a restaurant next door and a few commercial buildings nearby. But once we got settled in, we loved the setup. The water is right there, the location is easy, and the house has a fun, relaxed coastal feel.Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. There were lots of little details that made it feel like Greg had actually thought about the people staying there, not just the space itself.Greg was also great to communicate with and very accommodating. A friend had loaned me a kayak for the trip, and Greg had no issue with us storing it on the front patio, which was incredibly helpful.Having Yarbarita’s Sip & Swing next door ended up being a bonus too. We had a genuinely great time, felt very comfortable there, and would happily stay at Pigeon House again.
