PortArrific is a very nice updated efficiency condo located on the fourth floor of the Sea Breeze Condo Complex which offers you beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and the dunes right behind the property! Have a cup of coffee or mimosa while you enjoy a beautiful Texas sunrise or watch the ships go in and out while sitting in the tall deck chairs on the back balcony with protection from the hot afternoon sun, while still enjoying the prevailing sea breeze.

PortArrific is walking distance to at least 9 restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious food, drinks and maybe even a little belt sander racing in season! You are also only a half-mile walk from the beach and the Horace Caldwell Fishing Pier.

If that's not enough, you have access to the incredible pool area complete with palm trees, hot tub and outdoor shower!

The kitchen has all new appliances (no dishwasher) to prepare your meals. Dine at the kitchen table with the unique built-in bench. Lounge on the couch (which converts to a sleeper sofa), comfy arm chair or two accent chairs while watching your favorite movies or sports on TV. Get a good nights rest on the comfortable King size bed. This area is accompanied by nightstands, chest for your beach attire, and hanging area for clothes. The adjacent full bath consists of a vanity and separate tub/shower, perfect for more than one person getting ready for dinner. There is also an onsite laundry facility for your use. Elevator Access
