Beautiful home! Exactly what we needed while transferring from the Corpus area to Florida. Ended up grilling out one night and the grill was great and had all the utensils necessary. Host was super responsive and even allowed us to check in early which was nice as we were looking like we needed to kill a couple hours. Check-in and Check-out was super simple.

Quick weekend trip

We had a business trip to Orlando for the week and decided to stay the weekend in Cocoa Beach. The property was perfect and cozy, close to the beach and anything we else we needed. We would recommend this condo and hope to return soon!

Great place for remote work

We spent three weeks working remotely to escape the cold weather in MN. Wi-Fi worked great and area was nice and quiet. Everything with the house was as advertised and reviewed. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had.

We stayed here while we moved our son into college. Location was great, house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Hosts were very easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions. Will be back when we come down to visit our son again.

House is located in a central location. Restaurants and stores located nearby. Beds are good, house very clean and ac worked great. Neighborhood is quiet. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this property. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the owners were very responsive when we had questions. House was also equipped with basic needs (linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen goodies, and more) so no worries with having to bring any of those items. The house is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again.

Very close, convenient, clean and amazing property that provided all the essential’s necessary for the weekend trip. Great outdoor space to relax, eat and wind down. Location within shopping and the beach! Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend the weekend in Corpus!!

This home was perfect for us as it is clean and basic with newer workable appliances. We really appreciated the garage to park in. The location is fantastic only a short drive to everything.

Great vibe and very clean!

I really liked the atmosphere they created. The place was very clean and updated. I had a short stay and didn’t get to take advantage of the great backyard setting but next time I need a place to stay when I head to town I’ll definitely book again.

Great, comfortable place to stay, easy location

We were staying in Corpus to learn to sail and this house provided us with a comfortable place to stay after long days. Easy access to marina and downtown as well as grocery stores and restaurants. We had a little trouble with the fire pit, but it was promptly in good working order and we loved the back patio area for dinner and conversation.

Wonderful!

This property was exceptionally clean and had everything you need. I cooked full meals for my family and was pleasantly surprised by how stocked the kitchen was. Communication with Brandon was easy and prompt. The neighborhood itself is conveniently located. It is on the older side but the neighbors were friendly and quiet. I was also very happy with the bedding. I generally dislike most bedding and am hesistant to sleep on bedding in a rental property. Again the sheets and even the spare bedding was clean, soft and cozy. I would recommend this property and could definitely see myself staying there in my future visits. Thank you Brandon and Erica!!

Awesome house

This was our second time staying here. The house is always perfect! Super cozy and the backyard is an awesome spot to hang out. I had dates wrong and they accommodated us a day early, the owners are awesome to work with. You can’t go wrong staying here!

The property was immaculate! Furnishings were ample and everything was in perfect shape! We left a day early because the windows were going to be boarded up and we wanted to miss the bulk of the traffic fleeing the hurricane. Nevertheless we had wonderful family time and will return in the future.

Family trip

My husband, 4 kids and myself enjoyed this house! Its clean and cozy. In a great quiet neighborhood! Ac was amazing on the hot days after the beach. Backyard is cute and spacious so the kids weren't just stuck in the house. Convenient to all restaurants and stores. Only about 15 minutes to the beach in mustang island. We would definitely stay again when we go back!
