1956 Spartan Royal Manor 1 bedroom with full size bed and fold out in living room. Relive the 50s or experience them for the first time! All the comforts of home but vintage style. Borrow my kayaks or paddle boards for a big adventure. Relax and escape winter in our heated pool, or sit in the hot tub and let your stress melt away. This girl is 64 years old, if mild imperfections in the shower or sink will bother you its better you pass, she is in great well preserved condition, but just not for everyone.

The place was very clean, comfortable, and had all home comforts. The trailer was decorated in era accommodations and was a reminder of yesteryear. I would recommend this place without reservation time and again. Respectfully, John K.

Relaxing

This place isnt for everyone but it was perfect for my wife and I. Nice and quaint, my wife loved have access to the pool and hot tub. Less than a 10 minute drive to everything in the area. When we come back to Rockport, we know where we will be staying.

Not a place for persnickety people. It’s an old trailer. But it’s clean and cool!

Manager is awesome and easy to contact. Everything is clean and AC works great. Perfect for a couples getaway. But if you’re looking for new and pristine, this is not your spot. If you can appreciate it for what it is, perfect location!

Ac was cold, rv was clean and comfortable, covered decking was perfect for grilling. The pool was fantastic. Manager was accommodating and easy to reach when needed.

Our cozy silver starfish retro airstream was even more than I expected. Off the beaten path of things but yet still close to town and the beach.
