Relaxation comes naturally at this gorgeous Corpus Christie home - perfect for any season! Boasting sweeping views of Laguna Madre and direct waterfront access, private features include an outdoor pool, a large furnished deck, a boat dock, and two paddleboards.

The home boasts a classic stilted design and a two-bedroom interior equipped for modern guest comfort. The open-concept living area welcomes group gatherings, and the full stainless steel kitchen is ready for home cooking. The kitchen island has seating for two, and the adjacent dining table can accommodate up to four. Both bedrooms feature smart TVs and en suite bathrooms.

This vacation home is ideal for a monthly winter stay and includes central air-conditioning, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and on-site parking.

THINGS TO KNOW

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Location was great close to HEB, Walmart and restaurants, plenty of fishing araes near the house , pool was just the right size and clean the inside of the home was all perfect for us very well kept beds were comfortable to sleep on and couches were comfortable as well , big refrigerator with freezer I will definitely rent this house again in the future

Good location away from the tourist areas. Nice natural setting and enjoyed the paddle boards while the reset of the family played in the pool and soaked up some sun. Nice breeze in the shade on a hot day after hitting the beach. The local birds provided plenty of songs.

The house was clean and the location was close to everything. We were excited to use the BBQ pit while enjoying the pool but the BBQ was broken with glass all in the pit. It was so disgusting and when we asked for a replacement we never received one. The pool is tiny but it's nice to just float in. The pool lights didn't work so it was too dark to swim in the evening. There's this really cute hammock in the picture that I planned on having my coffee there in the a.m but it wasn't set up and when I did try to set it up there was a bolt missing. There is absolutely no ambiance lighting outside on the patios. The house was clean but be prepared to bring everything you may need because it came with the bare minimum. I will say that the master bedroom bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor is nice.

The pool was broken and the water wasn’t cycling/filtrating. We had to fill it up some when we got there. The pool guy came and was unable to fix it. So, the water was stagnant with bugs and droppings everywhere. The batteries in the TV remote were dead and the plug for the TV was missing so we had to go to Walmart to buy both. The grill was broken and there was glass shattered all over the carport we had to sweep up. We were told that they would bring us a new grill but that did not happen. All the food we bought to grill we had to take back home. The bean bags for the game were missing. The grass was super long so the lawn guy had to be called out. The patio chairs were broken, so we sat in the beach chairs we brought with us. I am not sure the last time the owners or management has been out to this property, but I have pictures of everything that I’ve explained here. This place was a huge disappointment.

The accommodation was cute and decorated nicely. Check in was easy and communication with host agency was excellent. With the exception of a couple of things, the place was pretty clean. The floor wasn’t mopped too well, half the grill was dirty, and there was trash left in one of the bedrooms. The garbage cans were full from previous tenants, and the grounds and palm tree out front could have used some grooming. Unfortunately, during our visit there was a large build up of sea grass in the canal, which was not attractive and produced an off putting odor. Tropical Storm Harold arrived during our stay, so we lost power for a few hours. Our vehicle was covered with dead palm tree debris afterward. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels available. It was nice to take a morning swim each day. Overall, it was a good experience, but the people hired to maintain the property should probably be supervised a bit better.

Lights didn't work in the pool or on the deck and Vacasa said they'd send someone out and never did. Water was too low all week for a boat to get in or out but not sure if that's normal or just some random low tide thing going on. My son left his wallet at a restaurant on his way down and gave them the address where we were staying at so they could mail it to him. Afterwards we found out from Vacasa that no mail was delivered to the house. Since his wallet was already in the mail we tried to communicate with them to find out how to retrieve it. Asked if they could relay the info to the owner since his ID and credit cards were going to their house instead and never heard back. All that said, the house was very clean, very cute, very functional. The beds were comfortable, and they had complimentary laundry soap and dishwasher soap. I enjoyed the deck and pool too, just during the day. I found a cute little piece of decor that i thought matched the house perfectly while shopping on the island and left it with a note on the table. I feel like my only issue with this house is lack of communication on Vacasa's end. Had the issues been resolved I'd have been much happier.

First walking in was nice you don't see problems at a first glance however, as time moved on it just got worse. First the master fan didn't have a draw string so that didn't work. Then one of the blinds looked cut so it just dangled the bed legs looked sideways one good push or be more than 50 lbs it's going down. The pool didn't filter the pool light didn't work the patio furniture isn't there and the patios lights didn't work. So in all of you want your stuff to sit here great but doubt anyone could sleep here happy. One star.

The property was comfortable and clean, but don't count on using the boat slip because owner has it occupied. It shouldn't be advertised as that being an amenity. By the time all of the fees are added on, this is extremely overpriced for the size. There are also cameras all over the exterior of the property which feels a bit like you're on exhibit since there is a pool.
