"Fantastic location and great hotel. The views can’t be beat. The hotel is actually nicer in person and has an amazing pool area with views. We had a balcony with hot tub and it also had the same fantastic view. There is a climb back from town with many stairs but Modica is many stairs unless you drive or taxi into town."

"If I could give more than five stars I would. I have absolutely no complaints. Marco and his staff were so nice and helpful from the get go. I was welcomed and shown around the place to get a feel for the amenities. My room was beautiful. Very clean. Water was provided and refilled daily free of charge. Breakfast was served overlooking Modica. I just have no words to explain my gratitude for everything during my stay. I will definitely be back. If you’re not sure : BOOK IT! The only thing I would suggest (this has nothing to do with the place) is having a car (public transportation is pretty terrible across Sicily) but I was given suggestions for a car service that was truly amazing."

"The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and the aircon was efficient. The view from the window is simply breathtaking! Parking on the street is free just steps away, and the centre of town down below is quickly reached via stairs which start adjacent to the B&B. Angelita recommended I Lupini for a seafood dinner and it really was worth it with the freshest ingredients and excellent service. The very nice chap who served us even sent us his own personal visitor's guide to this amazing vertical city. Don't miss the granita & brioche at Adamo!"

"This is a nice property located right next to San Giorgio's Cathedral. The staff are SUPER helpful and nice. My room was large and had great views of the Cathedral. Super comfy bed, and very quiet so I had a great night sleep. My only two complaints are that the breakfast room was left with all the dirty dishes from other guests for hours. Not sure if they were short staffed that morning, but that was really gross, and the second is that the property does need a makeover. Having said that the price was fantastic and I would gladly stay here again."

"We travel a lot, and this was one of our best stays. The place was well located, immaculate, and well stocked. Our host was amazing, he met us at check in and walked thru everything. He was quick to answer any questions via sms. The balcony was a great place to hang out day and night. Plenty to do right out the door. Nothing but high fives!!"

"Die Wohnung liegt super Zentral in der Stadtmuitte. Innerhalb Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen. Bars, Restaurant, Museum , Attraktionen alles verfügbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe, waren immer verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, Klima, Heizung, Spülmaschine EC. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir waren 2 Pärchen und hatten so viel Platz und Privatsphäre wie nie zuvor. Wohnung ist gross und super geschnitten.Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Uhr vom Castello di Modica ist einmalig. Check in reibungslos, Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin einwandfrei und immer schnell. Wohnung sehr Sauber. Modica ist eine Stadt, da muss man mindestens einmal gewesen sein. Für mich gibt es auf der Welt kulinarisch keine bessere Küche. Die Menschen Sind alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Und die Stadt ist so voller Leben, da man da bleiben möchte dafür immer. Falls ich die Chance habe, komme ich wieder und zwar genau wieder in diesem Apartment. Mille GrazieÜbrigens in 15 min ist man an Strand von Marina di Modica mit feinem Sand"
