"A genuine high quality hotel. Very friendly staff. The Dining Room is top class, superb food. Good sized rooms and well cleaned each day. Nice public rooms on Ground Floor with separate bar and dining room. Underground carpark, very useful when we got a severe snow storm. Easy walk into the town centre and there was also a crew bus shuttle service if needed. Will certainly return I hope. "

Be advised that this hotel is right next to the road so it could get loud. Let me qualify that I stayed during the Olympics so maybe it was busier than usual then. They also kept the lights on outside my 2nd floor window until late at night so if you're on that floor, bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs."

"My only feedback - assume good intent and learn hospitality manners with your guests. I was traveling through Cortina and was able to check into my adorable room with no problems - with my key, a slip with my name and times for breakfast was the desk. The next morning went to go enjoy breakfast with the other guests in the tent. I was told my room did not include breakfast.
