The check in and breakfast are across the street. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. Our room was exactly what we needed. I would have liked a clear path to get to the trail behind the hotel or patio chairs to enjoy the back area.

Great staff, breakfast, and property if you don’t mind a walk or bus into town each day (we didn’t mind!). Our stay was good, the only thing that made it hard for us to sleep was no air conditioning in our room but the bed was comfortable. Otherwise no other complaints. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. The place is clean and historic. The view from the room balcony was beautiful showing the Dolomite mountains. Easy parking and easy drive to town. We loved the breakfast. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel Al Larin was a comfortable and friendly hotel, about 20 min walk north of the center of Cortina, or a very quick taxi ride. Our rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were especially helpful by calling taxis for us, providing an early breakfast so we could begin our hike, and answering all our questions. It was also quite reasonably priced compared to the hotels in the center of town.

Property needs to be updated. No front desk in the Hotel. You must cross a busy highway to register in another hotel and eat breakfast. Noise highway and radiator sounds. No heat in the radiator of the Master Bedroom. Breakfast was reasonably good and plentiful.

The service was outstanding! The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and treated us like his own family. He was very attentive and went beyond his traditional role as a hotel staffer when checking us in and provided us with detailed information on what’s nearby. Ten stars for the staff and the hotel!

every thing was very close by and convenient. although we had a car there is a option for buses just right infront of the hotel. hotel rooms were very clean and with amazing views. staffs were friendly. breakfast was good. thankyou . highly recommend

Hotel was fine. VERY basic, but clean enough. It’s a 30 minute walk into town. Which is fine when the weather is good. Breakfast was ok, standard continental. Could have done with bread and a toaster. Rooms need a fridge to keep drinks cold. As there’s no bar or restaurant at the property. Lots to do round about.

Overall good stay. Excellent customer service. Good breakfast. Only downside was that the windows curtains were close to see thru - so the light from the street and sun were always present. I wish there would be blackout curtains! Also no a/c in the room; however we were provided with fan which really helped. Again, customer service was excellent and everyone was eager to help. Definitely recommend this place.

Has an old cabin type feel but well kept and clean! Reception and buffet breakfast is at Nord Hotel right across the road, staff was nice and helpful. Is a great place to stay overnight as we spent most of the day out hiking. Very close drive to the town of Cortina and beautiful view from the room. Free parking on site, just narrow. Keep in mind that there are no refrigerators in rooms + walls are quite thin in terms of hearing others in the hall.

It is unfortunate that people do not give honest reviews. We are. We had three (3) nights booked but left after the first night. This hotel is more like a hostel. The carpet in the room was extremely worn and dirty. The walls were not clean and had not been painted in years. The linen sheet masquerading as a window shade covered less than half of the window. The door shade to the balcony was missing multiple slats and did not close. If we could rate this place lower, we would. Save your money and look at other options.

Quite area far from hustle and bustle. Transportation can be challenging as bus may not be available on Sundays and taxi minimum is $25 no matter how short the ride is.
