River Falls Bungalow is the perfect Smokies destination for couples and families of 4 or less. Only 7 minutes to the Cosby Entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park! The Bungalow is real log cabin nestled in a private, secluded setting in Cosby, Tennessee alongside Cosby Creek, a blue ribbon trout stream. The stream is over 60 feet wide.

Guests will enjoy the beautiful, tranquil grounds surrounding the cabin as well. River Falls is appointed with quality furnishings, flat-screen TV with cable television, wireless internet, and a gas stove for chilly nights. A 4-person spa on the back deck overlooking Cosby Creek.

Upstairs, River Falls Bungalow has a queen size bed and jacuzzi tub.

River Falls Bungalow is about 12 minutes south of Newport, and is a 25-minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. The Cosby entrance to the national park is only a 5 to 7 minute drive.

Multiple families/family members can also reserve the larger River Falls Cabin, a 2-bedroom log cabin about 150 feet from the Bungalow.

Great cabin stay on a beautiful stream.

We had such a great stay here, the stream in back is beautiful and definitely makes this place special. Very close to attractions on northest side of national park.

Needs a little TLC . House keeping could use an extra session otherwise as described with gorgeous view and plenty of towels etc. Hottub and indoor Jacuzzi tub worked great. No other issues check in was easy .

Anniversary Getaway

We stayed in Februrary 2025. We experienced snowfall and had a great overall experience in Cosby. The property was comfy for 2 people and 2 small dogs. Would recommend to anyone looking to get off the beaten tourist spots and reside in private nature.

Cosby Cabin

Cabin was clean and perfect size for 2 people and our 2 dogs. Only critique if i have to list one was the access to the river behind the cabin, it is a bit steep but thats no fault of the owners. Still very relaxing and beautiful property. Would stay again!

Love this place! Everything we could have ever asked for! It needs a good deep cleaning but overall it’s clean. We will visit again. Very remote, peaceful! The back porch with the rushing creek was enough for us!

Cosby Cabon on Creek

Nice, quiet area with beautiful view of creek and horses. Good for dogs, with road to walk them and grassy areas. Not a lot of restaurant options, most places close by 5 pm. We ate at Janice's 3 times but cabin is not far from a Dollar General. Heater/AC unit is loud. Quick drive to Gatlinburg and hiking in Smokies.

Super comfy cabin!

I stayed for about 3 days and overall a wonderful experience! Very Clean and very comfy living. The air conditioner kept it really nice, just have to get use to the air conditioner noises. Enjoyed the creek and the view!
