"We absolutely loved our time at The Oaks! This beautifully restored 1920s farmhouse in Dundee, Ohio was everything we hoped for and more. "Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. "

"Very clean. There were a lot of steps to get to the 2nd floor (no railing) and the 2nd bathroom was in the basement. This was a challenge for some of our elderly. Luckily the bedroom and bathroom on the first floor saved the stay. Other than those issues, it was a lovely setting and all enjoyed our stay. "
