The property was beautiful and the fantastic staff helped us through this nightmare, which was caused by Expedia, The booking was never confirmed with this hotel, However Expedia confirmed, Took payment and carried on sending us instructions and directions etc, We arrived at 2am and there was no key in the safe area, We couldn't get in touch with any one! "Just a one night stay for me so didn't need much. Arrived very late so thankful communication re check in was clear and all worked well. Once this place may have included breakfast but not during my stay. Did feel like i was in someones home which made for a comfortable stay for a good nights sleep. "
