"Amazing place to stay when visiting Paraty. The apartments are extremely spacious and very well kept. Everything is clean and orderly. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The property is located on the outskirts of the main city but the historic city center is just a five mins car ride. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."

"The apartment is comfortable and convenient. Several things were broken or not working well, like a lamp, doorknob, and air conditioner. What we don't like is we have asked for a refund for having to leave early due to COVID-19, and have not received a response."

"This is my second time staying here. It is clean, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Most appreciate that it is in the touristy area of Santa Teresa and near LAPA. That is nice too. There's also a great view of the center from most rooms. My only minus, which isn't tied to the place, is that if you're out late, it can be difficult to get an uber up into the steep hills of Santa Teresa. Most taxis will though."

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Now i wont look any further any time i have a trip to Rio. Another plus for this property is the doorman: they are also amazing and really helpful. I never been so happy to stay in a property like i was at this one. For sure i will be booking again."
