Great hotel on main strip in Macao - this hotel is part of the londoner group so other hotels like Parisian and Venetian can be accesed easily. Huge amount of options for dining and casual eating but also easy to get to other luxury hotels on strip for shopping and food. The room was spacious and luxurious. Service was fantastic. Stayed at the Conrad because I love the bath product brand Byredo which they use for this resort location. Very convenient that it connects to the other resorts and the room was very spacious. Customer service was great from the reception to concierge. Complimentary shuttle bus to terminal was helpful too!

Excellent stay and room was huge and of high standard. They added fruit and conrad slippers. All was all good but when I checked in they said ring 0 to book breakfast for the next day, so it would be cheaper. I rang reception 3 times that night and no one picked up. The hotel is great but some staff are a bit lacking and sleeping next to their Big Ben version is a little annoying having the dongs every hour, overall good though
