The room is very spacious and the bathroom is superb! Check in took pretty long though. The only down side of the hotel is that it’s rather remote and you can only travel by taxi or walk over to grand Lisboa for shuttle bus.

The hotel is VERY FAR away from the main areas of other hotels, and transportation is very inconvenient, shuttle buses to the main areas of Macau are very seldom. The hotel relied on check-in counters of the same group, there were only 3 check-in counters for all 3 hotels. I arrived at 9:45 pm on a Friday night and had to queue up (standing!!!) for 75 mins for checking in. EVERYONE in the hotel lobby was exhausted and impatient. There were impatient guests yelling at the check-in counter, the front desk staff were helpless, and the hotel management did nothing to handle the situation. The room numberings were all in a mess, My room number is 1230 and the room is not arranged according to the number order. Strange enough, 1230 is NOT close to 1229, and there was no signage showing how to reach the room. During checkout, the lobby is filled with people AGAIN, Again, the management seems to take no notice of this situation leaving their guests to wait, and shouting and kids running around in the lobby. The housekeeping of the hotel is generally good, the room is tidy and clean. And the toiletries are of very good quality. I have expectations of the brand L'Occitane, however, the hotel management give it a bad name. I will never go to this hotel again.

位置比較偏，前台的職員安排不妥當，當天下午4點到，說只有尾房，不然就要等2小時；然後問職員很多事情，比如說旁邊的餐廳在哪裡，都是說不知道，不清楚；很多都是新入職的感覺，服務有待改善

早餐實在太不像樣，要俾錢的應該冇可能咁差。必須要大大提升早餐的質量，否則避孕嘅感覺好差。並且沒有配套。如果地方偏僻沒有酒店車可以到達，只能夠坐到附近的酒店步行去這一間酒店。大堂的裝飾亦都非常簡單，聖誕節的氣氛並不濃厚，和其他的酒店簡直冇得比，但係收費又並不便宜。

酒店仍很新，設施如健身室和賭場都未開放。餐廳美食又選擇少。交通又少又疏，出氹仔碼頭穿梭巴士要15：00後才開始，一小時一班，浪費旅客的時間。這地區如世外桃源，非常不方便，下次不會再來呀!

乾淨舒服但無特別嘅酒店

葡京人周邊範圍真係荒蕪，唯一一架到果度嘅巴士35號班次少，差不多半個鐘先一班。酒店嘅shuttle又疏，由酒店去各口岸嘅班次唔準時，真係要改善。 酒店附近有嘅食肆都係酒店商場內嘅幾間食店，選擇唔多，最慘係7-11都無, 好彩嘅係我果層有飲品或小食自助售賣機，但唔係住果層的話，根本去唔到嘅.... 而且，其實而家Nespresso機都應該算係酒店標配啦，但咁大間酒店竟然都無，只有兩條雀巢3盒1咖啡，真係好失望。不過房間算乾淨企理。 唯一最讚賞嘅係，酒店職員好有禮貌，服務好好。 除咗body wash, shampoo/conditioner呢D係L'occitane產品, 真係無咩特別, 其實而家好多酒店都已經係用呢個牌子嘅用品, 所以無需為呢個牌子而去呢間酒店嘞
