"Booked last minute for an overnight in Biarritz and it was excellent All staff were amazing, the outdoor bar is a lovely setting, our room was brand new, bed was super comfy & shower was excellent. Also in a perfect location, right in the centre of town without being noisy. Couldn’t fault it in any way and will definitely return!"

"Brilliant hotel where we enjoyed a spectacular view from a beautifully designed and large room. Everything in the room was equipped with the guest in mind (lovely smelling toiletries, gowns, proper hangers and storage space etc) with added bonus of the toilet being separate from the bathroom. Slept peacefully with window open to soft sound of the waves - bliss. Service outstanding from friendly staff. Definitely will return. "

"Friendly staff and great location. You can walk in to the centre of town. Wonderful buffet breakfast too. Only negatives - parking is a bit challenging and would suggest blackout curtains in the room. There was an outside light on all night which the current curtains didn't block out.."

"Property is very convenient, clean, quiet and comfortable. The only problem was determining whether we had prepaid breakfast included in our booking. We were initially told we had breakfast but at checkout was told we did not and had to pay for breakfasts. If known in advance, we would have opted out and had coffee and pastries nearby for 1/3 the cost"

"Pleasant throughout. Well mannered staff. Treated our dog as an equally valid guest. Staff were attentive at all times. Whoever was on duty at 21.30 last night was a complete gem. Breakfast is a feast of choice and flavour. A treat. "

"Altogether a very nice hotel, in a very convenient position. If arriving by car, it can be a little tricky to navigate to somewhere close enough to the hotel to unload your luggage, however, the location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Biarritz"
