"Perched high above Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the views are terrific. The rooms are exquisitely and thoughtfully furnished. The villa itself is like a museum with an endless and fascinating collection of art and objects. The breakfast was delicious and served by the owner himself. Although the weather was too chilly to sit outdoors, had it been warmer, it would have been an ideal place to lounge and enjoy the pool. Parking is on the street, but it was not a problem. Highly recommend for an experience...

"We had the most amazing stay at Château D’Orion! The owners, Elke and Tobias, are so friendly and accommodating and they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The Château itself is an absolute gem and the owners tell its unique story through graphic story books and information folders provided in the rooms. "Charming owners and a wonderful breakfast spread was delivered to our apartment door every morning. Take care with power-shower, drainage v poor and had a tendency to flood bathroom and bedroom. The local facilities are limited in the preparation for the festivals so be prepared to travel further away for restaurants etc. "
