House of 150m2, on 2 levels, with beautiful covered terraces : East to enjoy the sunrise at breakfast and South for a warm meal.

1500m2 of land, not fenced, offering a wide variety of local vegetation.

1st floor :

- A first mezzanine, overlooking the dining room, used as a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x190) and profites the air conditioning in the dining room

- Bedroom 2 : double bed 160 × 200, with balcony with beautiful views over the vineyards and the pool

- Bathroom : toilet and shower

- Bedroom 3 : 2 two beds 90 × 190,

- Bedroom 4 : mezzanine overlooking the living room, profites the air conditioned lounge

Secured by an alarm NC, pool (8,5m x 3m), to use fully private, assures you great moments of conviviality.

End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.

The house linen is optional (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and kitchen clothes), Pool towel

Our prices are dispensed in 2 parts :

- Rent, insurance, guaranty - to be paid in advance

- Extra charges (end of stay cleaning, house linen, tourist tax, others) - to be paid at the arrival
