"This house was beautiful and spotless — a brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with lots of storage and even a basement space if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, cookware, and even some condiments, while the bathrooms had toiletries and extra toothbrushes — such thoughtful touches! The décor was simple, classy, and inviting, right down to the elegant cups and glasses. "The property was very basic and the condition was poor e.g. tears in couch fabric and bedding covers, blinds didn't cover the windows, too many faults to list. The place was dirty, with cobwebs, dust ... The towels provided were threadbare and had holes. There was no shampoo or soap for the shower, no dishtowels ... "
