"The host was very friendly and available for any questions. I liked the proximity of the property to the attractions and it was an easy walk that was pretty flat (almost 10 minutes to Clifton Hill area). The price was much better than a hotel and we had more room to spread out. I liked the privacy of the bedrooms as opposed to a one-room hotel stay. The property wasn't much to look at on the outside (neither was the neighborhood) and you can tell there are some renovations still ongoing...
