The front desk staff, especially Paul, was exceptionally professional and attentive ,he gave us clear directions and even surprised my daughter with a lovely little teddy bear, which absolutely made her day. Our room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic , with a wide variety of delicious options and top-quality food. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations in every way.
