"The location was perfect for us with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many places of interest. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful and the same was true of the diningroom staff working at breakfast. We never heard any other guests when in our room. The room layout was the best we've ever had for two people whose sleep schedules are different. "

"Breakfast was good however staff are told to walk around the restaurant over 30 minutes prior to closing advising people to wrap it up and leave. If breakfast is served until 10 am an individual should be able to have chosen their food by 10 am and then given relaxed time to eat their food, not be told to move on. "

"Clean rooms. Very busy at check-in with a long line. Self check-in is available but personally I much prefer humans and try to keep them employed."

"The most positive thing about my experience was the lovely staff and the seamless check in and check out process. Other than that, the stay was very disappointing. The TV barely worked, furniture was broken, room was freshly painted I’d assume because the smell of paint was strong and nauseating; there was paint on the ground, uncomfortable thin pillows on the bed, etc. I sadly would not stay here again because the price I paid did not get me the stay I had imagined."

"We stayed for one night in a King room. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was a bit dated but still functional. It's an older hotel but it's in good shape! There was an indoor pool, a bar, a restaurant - which we didn't use therefore, can't comment on the amenities. The only negative is that parking costs $15/night and for the price of the room, it should be included. The staff was really nice and efficient at check-in and we deposited our room cards in a box at check-out. We would stay again."

"Great hotel for staying near the airport. Includes parking overnight, which most of them charge an extra fee for. It's newly renovated and very clean. We will be staying here before trips often!"
