"Very lovely hotel. Staff were excellent and helpful. I liked the ability to text any needs to them easily. Rooms were comfortable. Only complaint would be slow elevators."

"Enjoyed a lovely stay in a suite. Room was clean and comfortable, bed and pillows comfy. Staff were pleasant enough, but have stayed in many hotels where staff were exceptional. Didn't get this vibe at this hotel. Appreciated the free water in room. We recognize prices for everything has increased but feel the room was priced a bit high. As well, breakfast at $30.00 plus tx plus tip too expensive. Just not in the budget for some, especially those travelling with family. ( not necessarily children ) We know it costs to travel these days, but high costs prohibit travel for families with medium/lower income. (seniors as well.) We don't usually send in a review as we believe nothing changes anyway at the hotel end. But if it helps a future traveller we're happy to send in."
