"The rooms are beautiful, feel new and very clean. I deducted points because our sports team had been verbally told our rate would include breakfast and it didn’t. I added a second night and booked on Expedia because the hotel wouldn’t honour the better rate. This time I included breakfast in the booking and wished I didn’t. The sign in the elevator said breakfast is busiest 8-9. To avoid this we went just after 9, at which time they were out of most of the food items. They also were out of utensils. The food was replenished before the utensils and by the time the utensils arrived the food was cold. I understand it was a busy weekend but the bookings should dictate a reasonable forecast for demands on breakfast service."

"I showed up with my nine-year-old daughter and they had no confirmation of my reservation. They said the hotel was full. It was close to midnight and my daughter was melting down. It was a terrible experience. They ended up finding us a room. Apparently someone else didn’t show up and their credit card didn’t go through so they gave us that room. It was extremely stressful and trying to get a hold of Expedia was not easy either … you had to text through some kind of robot. It was impossible to find a phone number. "
